Yogini the bear

Yoga has long been for me the only thing that soothes my aching back.  It has since gone from being 'just an exercise' to being an integral part of my daily mediation.  The benefit to body and mind are undeniable. 



Do I sense another tattoo coming on?

So many times I  see such irreverence and lack of knowledge toward nature and the world around us, but the lack of respect people show their own bodies amazes me.  Still don't know if we get one life or many, but this one is too short to squander on feeling sick (even if you are), feeling down, and filling your body and earth with genetically modified rubbish.  Eat fresh, live fresh, stay fresh.
