
I love avocados. They are sometimes in every single meal in my day. Few things in life are better than an avocado smoothie for breakfast, a whole ripe avocado for lunch, avocado and mushroom over couscous for dinner and chocomole for dessert.
When I was a kid my parents grew an avocado seed as a houseplant. I thought they were weird as fuck until it actually had a small itty bitty little avocado flower. I just about died. They did the same thing with a grapefruit. We lived in bloody Minnesota, I don't know what they expected, but they were cooky that way.
Menu for tomorrow:
Break-fast: blueberrys and granola topped with Almond Milk
Lunch: avocado straight up, half of a mango, a handful of Almonds, and a tomato with a bit of sea salt.
Superfood supper: Avocado mango salad with poppyseed dressing and cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
Evening snack: Corn thins with cucumber on top.
